Conferencing Service

Hotlinks offers a subscription free voice conferencing service which is available by dialing the number 08450034111 from any UK telephone. Please feel free to enjoy this free service as often as you wish :) There is no charge for using this service, apart from the phone call which is charged at Local 0845 rates the same as our free dialup services. Please check with your phone service provider for the cost before making the call How to use this service in 3 easy steps: 1. Arrange a date/time with the people you want to conference with. 2. Dial 08450034111 3. Make sure you all choose the same conference number when prompted Its as simple as that! Please note however, there is nothing to stop someone else entering the same number as your conference number, so in order to make your conference more secure, please choose a long number, at least 6-8 digits and dont use 111111 or 123456 etc.
